Eligibility
Participation is open to anyone who is at least 18 years old and resides in Germany at the time of entry. Participation is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. By participating in the promotion, you accept these terms and conditions. Employees of Polyprint GmbH and their relatives, as well as employees of companies involved in this competition and their relatives, are excluded from participation.

Competition period
The closing date for entries is stated in each article.

Implementation and processing
Every participant who fulfills the participation requirements stated in the post will be entered into the prize draw and agrees to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. To participate, participants need their own Instagram account. The draw will take place after the closing date of the respective giveaway, as announced in the post. Winners will be notified after the draw and asked to send their full name and postal address within approximately two days via private message using the "Instagram Direct" button. If this information is not received in time, Polyprint GmbH reserves the right to cancel the prize and draw a new winner. The prize is not transferable to third parties. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.

Prices
The prizes are specified in the raffle entry.

Exclusion from participation / Modification of the competition
Polyprint GmbH reserves the right to disqualify and exclude from the prize draw any participant who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the participation process, the system, and/or the prize draw/website, and/or who violates the terms and conditions of participation or accepted ethical standards, and/or who attempts to influence the prize draw in an unfair and/or dishonest manner. Polyprint GmbH reserves the right to terminate the prize draw prematurely, in whole or in part, or to modify its procedure at any time, even without prior notice, if it is not possible to guarantee the proper conduct of the prize draw for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, Polyprint GmbH may demand compensation from that person for any resulting damages. In any case of exclusion, prizes may be revoked retroactively, or prizes already delivered may be reclaimed. Polyprint GmbH is entitled to award appropriate, equivalent prizes instead of the originally promised prizes if Polyprint GmbH is unable to award the prizes.

Withdrawal of participation
Participants can withdraw from the competition. An email with the relevant information and their name to support@unik-nordic.com is sufficient.

Privacy Policy
The data submitted by participants will be stored by Polyprint GmbH for the duration of the competition and used exclusively for its administration. This data will be deleted after the competition has ended. For the purpose of conducting the competition, the data may be shared with an agency and/or cooperation partner commissioned with the execution of the competition. Data will not be shared with uninvolved third parties. Participants agree that, in the event of winning, their name (Instagram profile name) will be published on the Unik Nordic website/Instagram page.

Liability
Polyprint GmbH is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize, unless these terms and conditions stipulate an earlier date. Polyprint GmbH is not liable for any material or legal defects in the prizes donated by the cooperation partner. Polyprint GmbH is not liable for the insolvency of a cooperation partner or any consequences arising therefrom for the execution and processing of the prize draw. Polyprint GmbH is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Polyprint GmbH or one of its agents, or through the breach of fundamental contractual obligations. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. The aforementioned limitation of liability applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data, malfunctions of technical equipment or services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses. In the case of travel prizes, Polyprint GmbH is furthermore not liable for the consequences of a justified change to the travel offer or a justified cancellation of the trip by the tour operator. The possibility of receiving a cash payout of the travel value is excluded.

Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. This competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Polyprint GmbH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and/or the prize at any time and without giving reasons.
